Refund and Return Policy

At Wisert, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, our refund and return policy is designed to ensure a hassle-free experience.

Returns

Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@wisert.site to initiate a return.
  2. Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
  3. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  4. Ship the item back to us using the provided instructions. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@wisert.site with your order number and details about the issue.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@wisert.site.

Please ensure that you include your RMA number with your return. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
